👉🏻變異版 #smørrebrød 👌
原身係丹麥嘅小食,有smør(butter)同brød(bread),加埋一大堆唔同嘅toppings上去做成open sandwich.
通常都係用黑麥麵包做底, 但係香港人好少接受到佢又酸又濕嘅味(秦媽話似豉油包._.)所以我用左餅乾代替,會無咁飽肚,更適合做appetiser💕 #happpychinesenewyear
